CANCELLATIONS

CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
A minimum of three days notice is required. If less than three days notice is given, the deposit will be not be returned nor deferred to an alternative date. (Eg. if your dinner is booked for a Saturday, in order for your deposit to be returned, it would need to be cancelled by midnight on Wednesday.)


CANCELLATION BY THE DINNER SERVICE
If your dinner is cancelled by The Dinner Service due to an emergency such as accident, illness or bereavement and at least three days notice is given (See above), your deposit will be returned. If an alternative meal is arranged within 3 months of the cancellation a 50% reduction of the Cook’s fee will be offered.

In the unfortunate event that a cancellation has to be made less than three days prior to your meal, an alternative date will be offered with no Cook’s fee to pay. In this case, you would only pay for the food.

FOR THOSE GUESTS WITH NUT ALLERGIES
The Dinner Service cannot guarantee that any meals are completely nut free.

AGAs
The Dinner Service regrets that our service does not include the use of Agas.
