"We have known Wendy for a number of years. She has a delightful personality with a great sense of fun. She is intelligent and
articulate without being over-assertive; she is honest, trustworthy and completely reliable. Whatever task she sets herself, she
does so with immense commitment.
Wendy has prepared a variety of meals for us on several occasions. We have eaten in many fine restaurants both in this country
and abroad, so we tend to set the bar fairly high when judging the standard of the food put down before us. I can honestly say
that by any standards the meals that Wendy has prepared for us have been truly exceptional. They have ranged from French
provincial, roasts, salads and sea-food, including lobster and crayfish. In all cases Wendy has gone out of her way to ensure
that the freshest and best-quality produce is used. The presentation has always been a delight to the eye without being fussy or
unnecessarily ornate; her use of herbs and spices and accompanying dishes has always been absolutely appropriate, and she is
able to utilise imaginatively the products that may be dictated by a varying budget.
We would have no hesitation in recommending her cooking to anyone. I have no objection to you contacting me or my wife if
you feel you require further information.

Just wanted to say how much we all enjoyed the weekend in the Lakes.
All of us agreed that we were amazed at the quality of your food. The dinners were excellent , and the breakfasts, super, but the
puddings( and particularly the Pavlova ,) were......gone in a flash....we were fighting for the last crumbs.
It was great not to worry about any of the catering, and believe me we will definitely repeat this.

We can't thank you enough for what you did. It wasn't just the delicious five star food it was all the little finishing touches. Every meal was on time and no matter how exhausted you were the smile never wavered. We really are so grateful for the wonderful job that you did and of course I will give you any sort of reference you might need. I WISH you lived closer to us in the south. We could keep you busy Monday to Friday!
We are actually quite a way from the New Forest, but if you would like a bed for the night on the way to that job we'd be so pleased.
In the mean time I am plucking up courage to ask if you could go back to Mull in August, but I know you have Mathew in the school holidays so you probably wouldn't want to come. It would be completely different, because it ia real holiday time, so nobody has breakfast much before nine and we are all very relaxed.
I am now about to see if I can put my computer on broadband, which I seriously doubt! I bet if you were here you could do it in a second - you are a girl of many talents and I told you I needed lessons! In the meantime do please let me know whom you would like me to contact and anything I can do.
